We have a range of shipping options due to our long-term partnership with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff will package each item according to our strict requirements. Your goods will undergo an exhaustive examination before they will be safely packaged prior to being shipped. We ship to thousands of customers each day in different countries. Please note that orders with more than one item are given a processing time according to the specific item.

Before shipping, we will examine the items ordered carefully before shipping. The majority of orders today are shipped in 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.

Returns

The stock is dynamic and we do not completely manage it because of the fact that multiple parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. Stock levels can fluctuate at any given time. It's possible that the inventory could run out once your order has been placed.

Our policy lasts for thirty days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a complete refund or exchange.

You can only return a product when it's unopened and still in the same condition as the day you received it. It must also still be in its original packaging.
